RCCG unveiled the 14-floor Trinity Towers with a planned N2 billion charitable donation.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God's City of David Church has unveiled a 14-floor business and entertainment complex that is ideally situated in the centre of Victoria Island's rapidly expanding commercial district of Oniru, Lagos.
The new project, known as Trinity Towers, is a one-of-a-kind and avant-garde masterpiece that consists of three towers South, Middle, and North Towers all in one structure. According to the building's promoters, it is the first tri-tower and the first commercial structure with the highest lift per square meter.
The doors to the towers were opened to the public last week as part of a program called "Agents Partnership Forum" that drew top companies in Lagos State's real estate sector. The brokerage firms Estate links Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates and Knight Frank invited notable brokers for a walk-through of the building.
According to Mr Gbenga Olaniyan of Estate Links, Trinity Towers was established to generate revenue so that the church could carry out its numerous Corporate Social Responsibility CSR programs.
"The City of David has a significant CSR initiative, and rental income is anticipated to exceed N2 billion annually. The church will have money of that kind for its CSR. All of the money is donated, he claimed.
He claims that Trinity Towers stands out among its competitors for having the best parking ratio 1:33 square meters, accessibility by air, water, and land, high lift square meters the building has 14 lifts, and well-appointed retail shops on the ground and upper floors, making the complex a one-stop shop for work, play, and leisure.
