On May 2, 2022, "The Roundtable Lekki" will have its second iteration in the Church of God Mission International CGMI Garden City, Victoria Island Zone, Lagos State.
The Roundtable Lekki would be held at the church's auditorium and serve as a venue for networking, business growth, information sharing, and group discussion of potential in the real estate sector.
Rev. Chris Ubamadu, the event's organizer, told journalists recently in Lagos that the event would be attended by real estate developers, land vendors, landowners, realtors, real estate agents, service providers, lawyers, support companies, financiers, mortgage firms, government officials, and other important stakeholders.
He stated that the event, with the theme "Current Trends for Financing Real Estate Transactions," is anticipated to draw more than 5,000 attendees both in-person and online.
He claimed that because of our location, "the Roundtable Lekki is concentrating on real estate this year. Nigerians with significant income have a lot of hope in the real estate industry. Real estate comprises a massive value chain that includes, among other things, development, agency, the sale of building supplies, and estate administration.
The convener, the conference's zonal coordinator, noted that they had decided to empower the populace as a socially responsible organization and a church that is aware of its position as a beacon to the world.
The initiative's overall goal is to impact society, said Mr John Obasi, Chief Operations Officer of Xtreme Mindz Solutions Ltd. in his remarks.
"We encourage people to concentrate on the good things in life. A platform for interaction is real estate. It offers so many possibilities.
"As an agency, we have chosen to participate in this adventure. We are honoured to participate in the Roundtable Lekki and share our knowledge. According to him, "Xtreme Mindz Solutions is recognised as a leader in marketing communications and we serve a variety of industries.
The Lagos State Commissioner for Urban Development attended The Roundtable Lekki's inaugural event in 2021. Developers, professionals, and real estate firms who presented their goods and services were among the additional speakers in attendance. Huge sales, new business alliances, the establishment of certain participants' firms, and the hiring of others are only a few of the accomplishments linked to the first edition.
